When I checked into the hotel, I was told my reservation...
When I checked into the hotel, I was told my reservation could not be located and that only two of the four days were accounted for despite my having emails to the contrary. They charged me more for the two additional days since I was "walking in." The WiFi was spotty; the safe in the room didn't work and rather than address the issue, the hotel provided me the emergency key to open the safe. There was a gecko in the shower which I had to remove. I had initially selected to have provided breakfast but due to work restrictions, did not end up eating at the hotel and they claimed they couldn't refund me for the breakfast due to booking through Booking.com. They couldn't provide me a receipt upon check out due to a problem with their system which made utterly no sense to me. They eventually created a handmade receipt but with significant difficulty. Additionally, they claimed they couldn't charge my company card despite the card being successfully utilized at multiple other Bangkok hotels. Above and beyond all else, when I complained and discussed the various issues with the front desk, I received absolutely no feed back until I demanded to speak with management. I didn't receive any type of discount or compensation for my trouble. Worst experience; would NOT recommend this hotel.

Cockroaches are everywhere in my room. I killed 2 of them. They were about 5 cm. I request to change my room but reception told me not available. I left from hotel after my 1st night stay.

Lift off at my arrival I had to carry my luggages on the stairs!!!! AC not working Gym and sauna off ...swimming pool dirty Bad connection for the tv and wifi I went there 3 years ago it was not the same place..old place with poor maintenance

Great
Very nice staff and attentive, booked the hotel because it was close to the Vertigo bar where we went on New Year's Eve - absolutely recommend it, and close to Lebua for the sky bar. Close also to the main attraction points. On the street of the hotel you will find a taxi or tuk tuk very fast at any hour. Clean room, hot water, good wi-fi reception in the lobby only.
